Hey there! I’m Elén — a certified Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner, Yoga teacher, and Sound healer. Basically, I help people breathe, bend, and bliss out. My mission? To guide individuals and groups through growth and transformation—no guru vibes, just real shifts.
